Regional Revolving Loan Fund
Regional revolving loan funds can be used for land & buildings, renovation & facade upgrades, and equipment &machinery. Funds are not intended to provide the total financing and are generally limited to 50% of total project costs. Interest rates for revolving loan funds are no less than 4% and no greater than 2% over prime.

Facade Loans
Loans of up to $20,000 with an interest rate of no more than 2% are available for the repair or replacement of business building facades in the downtown areas of municipalities with downtown design guidelines.

Technology Assistance Grant
Up to $3,000 to assist high-technology, high-growth companies with the cost of obtaining professional assistance needed to finance & grow a technology based business.
Entreprenturial Training Grant (ETG) 8-12 week course providing assistance with business plan development. Included with the program is individual coaching. The maximum funding available is 75% of eligible tuition costs. Download application |

Early Planning Grant (EPT)
The Early Planning Grant (EPG) program is designed to help individual entrepreneurs and small businesses obtain the professional services necessary to evaluate the feasibility of a proposed start up or expansion. The EPG provides funds to cover a portion of the cost of hiring a for-profit third party to develop a business plan. Download application. |
