On September 22nd, 2020 Governor Evers extended and updated the Emergency Order #1 that pertained to face coverings. This order includes clarified wording that a face covering must be worn in an enclosed space. “Enclosed space” means a confined space open to the public where individuals congregate, including but not limited to outdoor bars, outdoor restaurants, taxis, public transit, ride-share vehicles, and outdoor park structures.
